Measures in place
The site uses semantic HTML, a link to skip directly to the content, accessible labels, keyboard navigation and clearly visible focus indicators.
Text, grids, menus, images and forms adapt to different screen sizes without requiring scrolling in two directions.
Contrast and visual preferences
The circular icon button next to the language selector activates the high-contrast theme: black background, white text, underlined yellow links and cyan focus indicators.
The choice is stored in the browser. When no preference has been selected, the site automatically recognises the operating system’s request for increased contrast and also respects the reduced-motion setting.
Content and documents
Historical content and legacy documents are published after accessibility, rights and attribution review; an accessible alternative is indicated where needed.
Feedback
To report an accessibility barrier, write to Contact us with the page, device and difficulty encountered.
The final accessibility statement and update process require verification of the managing entity and a final audit.
