Understanding how the parks are used
The research explored how residents and visitors from other cities and countries perceive and use the Parks of Nervi. It asked why people come, what they do there and what social meaning they attach to the landscape. The findings show that visitors mainly come to breathe, walk and relax, and because the parks feel safe and offer a pleasant environment.
